What is the ICEFLO JumpStart Service?
Our team are committed to helping you get the most out of ICEFLO and are here to help you hit the ground running, right from the very start. Our unique JumpStart Service is specifically designed to provide a smooth transition from your traditional cutover approach i.e Excel spreadsheets, to the "ICEFLO way".
What is included?
During the JumpStart Service, which typically has a duration of 2 weeks, the ICEFLO team work directly with one or more representatives from your company to gain an understanding of your unique challenges, goals and plans, helping you to Cutover with Confidence.
The ICEFLO team will:
- Provide 2 days of Client Discovery, Configuration and Planning with an ICEFLO Solution Consultant
- Provide 1 full day of ICEFLO classroom training
- Give 8 hours of ICEFLO web training
- Provision you and your team with an instance in ICEFLO
- Give unlimited Customer Success support
What will be achieved?
Through webinars and classroom training, you will gain an overview of ICEFLO along with the chance to ask any initial questions that spring to mind. With an ICEFLO instance, you can freely navigate through ICEFLO allowing you to experiment and input all data that may be used in your critical cutover period.
