We have carefully designed the ICEFLO Academy with five educational courses to help you utilise the ICEFLO cutover tool to its fullest, enabling and educating your team from start to finish during the adoption process. Full details of each course can be found in the links below.
Course Summary: The ICEFLO Foundation course is designed to enable users to log in to the application and locate key features across the solution. The course will cover at a high level how users can carry out any actions relevant to their role and user persmissions.
Requisites: Attendees should have experience of or a high level knowledge of the planning, scheduling and implementation of cutovers within agreed time windows. An appreciation of the time- critical nature of these cutover is useful.
Course Summary: The ICEFLO Active Cutover course is designed specifically for users who will be activating Runbooks. Completing this course will enable ICEFLO Users to manage Active Runbooks, carry out any relevant actions aligned with their role during a live cutover and confidently navigate to and understand in detail the data presented across the various reports available.
Pre-requisites: Attendees should have experience of or a high-level knowledge of the planning, scheduling and execution of cutovers within agreed time windows. An appreciation of the time-critical nature of these cutovers is useful. We recommend that attendees complete the ICEFLO Foundation course prior to the ICEFLO Active Cutover course.
Course Summary: This course is designed for those who are involved in building cutover plans or Events. Deployment Managers, Event Managers and Task Owners can all learn how to create detailed plans, incorporating inter plan dependencies. At the end of the training session, attendees will understand the basics of how to construct Runbooks, stages and tasks in ICEFLO, and take the Runbook through the approval lifecycle.
Pre-requisites: Attendees should have experience of or a high level knowledge of the planning, scheduling and execution of cutovers within agreed time windows. An appreciation of the time-critical nature of these cutovers is useful. Completing the ICEFLO Foundation course beforehand would be useful but is not mandatory.
Course Summary: This course is designed for those who will be responsible for building and maintaining all the configuration items needed for their organisation's use of ICEFLO. This would include the maintenance of Teams and Users across the organisation, or in relation to their own Programmes and Projects.
Pre-requisites: Attendees should ideally have some knowledge of the nature of multi-team cutovers and should have a comprehensive understanding of their own organisational structure and where each Programme or Project fits within that structure.

An appreciation of the time-critical nature of these cutovers is useful. We recommend that attendees taking the Plan course should have previously taken the ICEFLO Foundation course.
